1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "577bdt" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the 577bdt website operated at https://577bdt.bio and all associated services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 577bdt platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to a registered 577bdt player account created through the official registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a player's 577bdt wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or match bonus amounts credited to a player's account as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount a player must bet before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player may register and maintain exactly one active account on the 577bdt platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered using different personal details, different payment methods, or different device identifiers — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be permanently closed. Any bonus funds held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Real-money balances in duplicate accounts may be returned at 577bdt's sole discretion following identity verification.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering. This includes, but is not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and the mobile wallet or bank account details used for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

2.4 Jurisdiction

It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 577bdt platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any bets. 577bdt makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in any particular location. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted do so at their own risk.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other individual. 577bdt will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact 577bdt support immediately and change your password without delay.

3.2 Unauthorised Account Use

All transactions and bets placed through a player's account are the sole responsibility of the account holder, regardless of whether those actions were authorised by the account holder or not. 577bdt cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

3.3 Account Activity Notifications

577bdt may send transactional notifications to the contact details registered on a player's account. Players are responsible for ensuring their contact details remain accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may delay account verification, withdrawal processing, or security alerts.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

577bdt currently accepts deposits via the following methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. Players should consult the deposit page within their account dashboard for the current list of accepted methods.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at 577bdt is ৳500 per transaction. There is no platform fee applied to standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. 577bdt is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 577bdt platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate losses are the player's responsibility.

4.4 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the responsible gaming section of their account settings. Once a deposit limit is applied, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a minimum 48-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active. Requests to decrease a deposit limit take effect immediately.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds from their 577bdt balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Identity Verification

577bdt may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.

5.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment method used to fund the account. 577bdt does not process withdrawals to payment methods not associated with the account holder's verified profile or to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.4 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 24 hours of verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on the receiving institution. 577bdt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

5.5 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum amount.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 577bdt are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms. Where a conflict exists between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms will take precedence.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible to claim a welcome casino bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To be eligible, the first deposit must meet the minimum qualifying amount stated on the promotion page. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount, which must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bets placed on certain game categories (including but not limited to live dealer tables and certain jackpot games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards the wagering requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — constitutes bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, 577bdt reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and permanently close the account without notice.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or redeemed retrospectively.

7. Gameplay and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 577bdt platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing real-money bets. 577bdt accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

7.4 Sportsbook Settlement

Sportsbook bets will be settled in accordance with 577bdt's official sports betting rules, which are available within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of an obvious pricing error (including but not limited to odds that are materially different from the true market price at the time of bet placement), 577bdt reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the applicable stakes.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an in-session alert after a player-defined duration of continuous play.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 577bdt platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 577bdt or its licensed content providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any 577bdt content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

577bdt provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 577bdt disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall 577bdt be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment — arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if 577bdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

577bdt's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 577bdt uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted through the platform and does not sell personal data to third parties.

13. Amendments to These Terms

577bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 577bdt will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the contact details held on their account. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept revised Terms must discontinue use of the platform and may close their account by contacting the support team.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 577bdt platform shall be submitted in the first instance to the 577bdt customer support team for informal resolution. 577bdt will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to seek resolution through mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution procedures.

577bdt's decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms are final in all operational matters, including but not limited to bet settlement, account closures, and bonus eligibility determinations.
